The 2024/25 Premier League season was full of fantastic action and now that the campaign has concluded, we're revisiting some of the outstanding matches, with their wonderful goals, superb saves and remarkable drama.

Here we pick out 10 of the most amazing games - and we want YOU to vote for your favourite.

Aston Villa 3-2 Everton

Everton let a two-goal lead slip for a second successive match as Aston Villa's super-sub Jhon Duran continued his exciting start to the season by sealing a famous comeback win.

Dwight McNeil and Calvert-Lewin put Everton 2-0 up within 27 minutes, only for Ollie Watkins to pull a goal back before the break. Watkins equalised with his second strike on 58 minutes before sub Duran hit a blistering 29-yard shot that flew into the top corner for the winner - his third of four goals as a substitute so far in 2024/25.

Manchester City 2-2 Arsenal

This feisty battle of the giants had it all - goals, personal milestones, a red card and late drama as John Stones' equaliser in the EIGHTH minute of stoppage time snatched a draw for Man City.

Erling Haaland's 100th goal for Man City handed the hosts a 1-0 lead, only for Riccardo Calafiori and Gabriel to swing the pendulum Arsenal's way. The Gunners, reduced to 10 men following Leandro Trossard’s dismissal in first-half stoppage time, withstood a City onslaught, but the hosts' unrelenting pressure paid off in the dying seconds when Stones levelled from point-blank range.

Chelsea 4-2 Brighton & Hove Albion

Cole Palmer wrote himself into the record books with one of the top flight's finest individual performances, scoring four first-half goals - the first time this had been achieved in the Premier League - as Chelsea defeated Brighton.

Georginio Rutter put the visitors 1-0 up before Palmer took centre stage, hitting a hat-trick in the space of only nine minutes and 46 seconds. In an extraordinary display, the England international then added his record-breaking fourth strike to make it 4-2 after Carlos Baleba pulled a goal back for Brighton.

Brentford 5-3 Wolverhampton Wanderers

A breathtaking contest produced six goals in the first half, a total of eight different scorers across the 90 minutes, and plenty of action at both ends.

Nathan Collins set the tone with Brentford's opener after only 75 seconds, with Matheus Cunha making it 1-1 two minutes later. Bryan Mbeumo's penalty restored the Bees' lead, only for Jorgen Strand Larsen to equalise, but further goals from Christian Norgaard and Ethan Pinnock made it 4-2 to the home side at half-time.

The scoring was not over and after Fabio Carvalho added a fifth goal for the home side, Rayan Ait-Nouri reduced the arrears in the third minute of stoppage time.

Brentford 4-3 Ipswich Town

Two goals in three first-half minutes, scored by Sam Szmodics and George Hirst, gave Ipswich hope of securing their first Premier League win of the season.

This topsy-turvy encounter turned on its head when two Yoane Wissa goals hauled Brentford level before the break. Mbeumo's penalty after a Harry Clarke foul put the Bees 3-2 up before Clarke was sent off for a second yellow card.

The 10 men of Ipswich thought they had earned a point when Liam Delap equalised on 86 minutes, only for Mbeumo to add a final sting in the tail with a stoppage-time winner to settle this memorable seven-goal thriller.

Newcastle United 3-3 Liverpool

Fabian Schar struck a 90th-minute equaliser as Newcastle United held Liverpool to a rousing 3-3 draw at St James’ Park.

Twice the visitors came from behind, with Mohamed Salah scoring twice to turn the match in Liverpool’s favour.

But just as Arne Slot’s side looked set to take all three points, a late error from goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher gifted Schar the chance to level, which he gladly took.

Tottenham Hotspur 3-4 Chelsea

A seven-goal thriller at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as Spurs and Chelsea served up another classic filled with drama, intensity and chaos.

Spurs stormed into a 2-0 lead inside the opening 11 minutes, punishing a pair of early mistakes from Marc Cucurella.

But Chelsea responded with a stunning turnaround, with goals from Jadon Sancho and Enzo Fernandez, plus a Palmer penalty double, turning the game on its head.

Son Heung-min’s stoppage-time strike set up a tense finale, but Chelsea held firm to claim a memorable 4-3 victory.

Spurs 3-6 Liverpool

As Ange Postecoglou led Spurs into their pre-Christmas meeting with Liverpool, he was attempting to defend his methods by highlighting the entertainment value of his team's matches.

That value was at its highest when the two sides served up the highest-scoring Premier League game of the season.

The nine-goal thriller featured countless moments of class and standout displays from the likes of Salah, Luis Diaz, Dominik Szoboszlai and Trent Alexander-Arnold but also an admirable refusal to back down from depleted Spurs, even when the game looked beyond them, which added to the spectacle.

Liverpool 2-2 Manchester United

An under-fire Man Utd halted a three-match losing streak in dramatic fashion, holding Premier League leaders Liverpool to a 2–2 draw at Anfield in a pulsating contest. Ruben Amorim's side stunned the league leaders with a battling performance, going ahead through Lisandro Martinez early in the second half.

Liverpool responded quickly as Cody Gakpo levelled, and when Salah converted a penalty after Matthijs de Ligt handled in the box, the hosts looked set to pull eight points clear at the top. But Liverpool, far from their best, were pegged back late on. Amad was the hero once again as he swept home the equaliser with 10 minutes to play.

Man Utd nearly snatched all three points at the death, but Harry Maguire missed a gilt-edged chance in the seventh minute of stoppage time, blazing the ball over a gaping goal from close range.

Everton 2-2 Liverpool

A fiery contest added an unforgettable chapter to this historic rivalry, as Goodison Park’s final Merseyside derby ended with a fitting dose of late drama.

Liverpool looked set to go nine points clear at the top of the Premier League after goals from Alexis Mac Allister and Salah overturned Beto’s opener. But in the 98th minute, James Tarkowski lashed home a stunning equaliser to earn Everton a dramatic 2–2 draw and spark wild celebrations in the stands.

Tensions boiled over after the final whistle, with Curtis Jones, Abdoulaye Doucoure and Arne Slot all shown red cards on a night Goodison will never forget.
